Kniphofia linearifolia is a giant sized red hot poker plant. This African native grows 4 to 6 feet tall with large orange blooms late spring. The foliage is similar to a yucca with narrow foliage and no thorns. Plants are hardy to zone 6 and up possible hardier in cold climates if covered up. Plants rooted in 4 1/2 inch pots.
