Pennisetum First Knight is a dark almost black grass that grows 4 to 5 feet tall and 3 to 4 feet wide. This plant is great for containers and landscape displays. The dark foliage contrast well with other lighter green plants. Pennisetum First Knight is hardy to zone 7-9 and can be used as an annual in colder climates.  Plants sold in 4 1/2 inch pots.
