Hibiscus Cordon Bleu is another brand new hardy Hibiscus with blue flowers. A breeding program has now started producing some of the most amazing flowers ever seen in hardy Hibiscus. The flowers on Hibiscus Crodon Blue are light blue with a darker red middle and a bit of a purple inbetween them. Plants will produce a nice clump with green foliage hardy to zone 5 and up.
