Lasia spinosa (Hybrid Star form) This rare Lasia is a bit odd to describe. This is a hybrid between the split leaf form and the hastate leaf form. The result is a very odd star like leaf shape. Plants grow up to 6 to 9 feet tall and the petioles have small sharp thorns. The flowers are black to dark maroon often 8 to 12 inches tall and twisted. Very unique looking.
