Hibiscus acetocellus a easy to grow tropical Hibiscus that quickly grows into a small bush to shrub like plant. Plants grow from seed easily into 5 to 7 foot tall plants. The plants are dark maroon in color with dark red to maroon foliage that looks similar to a Japanese Maple leaf. The flowers are large red to dark pink in color usually 4 to 6 inches across. A fun easy plant for the summer with great contrasting foliage and showy flowers.
